Every year I say where did the year go but where did 2018 go? 2018 was very memorable to me as it was the first full calendar year that Simple Hearing was open. I want to give a sincere thank you to all of you that came in and trusted in me and my small business. Every day when I walk in the front door it brings a big smile and sense of pride and joy. Any one who calls or comes in should expect exceptional customer service along with quality care. I strive to get to know you and build a lasting relationship that develops over the years. I love what I do and I know that Hearing and knowledge gives empowerment. Getting help with your hearing allows you to lead your life the way you want and stay connected to people and activities you enjoy. I am so fortunate that you entrust me with such a huge responsibility.
Reflecting back on 2018 we saw lots of advancements and innovation available in hearing aids. I will continue to grow and provide an office that will provide top level care and products. This is a journey and I know 2019 will provide another year of growth and learning. I look forward to meeting you all and helping however I can.
